🍿 Film times
We open at 730pm NOT before. You can arrive earlier and sit in your camping chair whilst in the queue, that’s fine.
The film will start at sunset, this is about 9:10pm ish. TO CONFIRM THE FILM DOES NOT START AT 730PM - IT STARTS AT SUNDOWN
🚗 Location
When you arrive at the racecourse (off roman rd), head immediately left in the car park, and park there you will then make your way into the racecourse and down to the racetrack, where we are setup in the area just before the track
☀️ Weather
Please bring warm clothing, blankets and chairs. Please take note in what the weather is doing and VERY much look out for our updates especially if the weather is unsettled. In high winds the screening may not be able to take place and the decision to postpone may be made on the morning of the event, although not ideal, its the last resort to trying to make the event happen.
🪑 No seating provided unless VIP is purchased.
🍱 Food/Drink
Guests must bring their own food and drink - no catering will be onsite only limited hot drinks will be available.
🎥 What to expect ? When you arrive, Music will be playing through the speakers, whilst you sit and chill with your friends and family, so enjoy some friend/family time in some beautiful surroundings.

If it looks like we're going to get some serious rain, we'll have to cancel. But if it's just a light drizzle, we'll still be on!

⛔️ We can't have any boozehounds here! We want everyone to have a good time and sip a little drink', but we also want you all to be smart about it. If you start slurring your words and wobbling around, we might have to kindly ask you to call it a night. So let's have fun, but let's keep our wits about us!
