It’s nearly here, our screening of Hocus Pocus on the big screen, happening at Shrewsbury College, and this is where we tell you all the information that you might need to know.
- First CHECK THE EVENT IS STILL ON - we do send out post and mailers but people do miss them. Halloween is a dodgy time for the weather so there is a chance we might cancel.
- You’ve paid your deposit online DON'T FORGET THE REST OF THE TICKET PRICE thats due on the door, its also cash only. Signal for card machines out in the field are hit and miss.
Location
When you arrive at the College , drive in their gated entrance and parking will be in their car parking area which is following the road down and around the buildings, next to the running track
Film times
An early screening where timings are
Event open 515pm
Film starts 615pm
Film Ends 7:45pm
Then a LATE screening where timings are
Event opens 815pm
Film starts 9pm
Film ends 10:30pm
Please bring warm clothing, blankets and chairs (unless you have brought VIP CHAIRS are NOT provided. Picnics are welcome, as we are only one of the events left that allow picnics and drinks please take your rubbish home.
Food/Drink
Please bring your own food and drink OR there will be catering facilities onsite
What to expect ? When you arrive, Music will be playing through the speakers, whilst you sit and chill with your friends and family,
Weather
Like all events, we operate in most weather conditions, only in extreme weather conditions would we cancel/postpone an event.
- What to bring, warm clothing, appropriate footwear, camping chair, warm clothing, snacks and flask if you want, although we will have catering truck.... did we say warm clothing?
- There is an early and a late screening, check which one your attending, car parking is on site, toilets are on site.
